Innovative Educational Methods:

Development and implementation of new courses on participative and reflective methods and tools for teachers and trainers on different levels (academic and non-academic)
The aim of this work package and its task is to improve the HE and CPD by developing demand driven courses and activities for HE and CPD: Development and introduction of new courses on participative and reflective methods and tools for teachers and trainers as pre-service and in-service training and on different levels (academic and non-academic). It also entails implementing innovative educational methods and tools: Assess and Improve existing sector related trainings with new approaches 
WP4 also develops a plan for tuning existing educational programs (at universities)
